Privacy policy

This policy covers the BXB Unisex Fitness Gym website (bxb-gym.r4vitej4.workers.dev), the member app and the owner's admin panel. In short: we keep only what we need to run your membership, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Signing in with Google

The member app and admin panel use “Sign in with Google”. We never see or store your Google password. Google shares only your name, email address, profile photo and a Google account ID, which we use solely to recognise you and link you to your gym membership. We don't access your contacts, Gmail, Drive or anything else in your Google account.

You can remove BXB's access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What we collect

Membership: name, phone number, optional Gmail address, gender, fitness goal, plan, membership dates and any notes the coach adds.
Payments: amount, payment mode, UPI reference if given, and the invoices we issue.
Training: attendance check-ins, and the workouts and body weight you choose to log in the app.
Sign-in and security records: when you sign in or out, your device and browser type, IP address and approximate location (city/country), and failed or blocked sign-in attempts.
Website enquiries: the name, phone number, goals and preferred time you enter in the enquiry form.

Why we use it

To run your membership, record payments and send you invoices.
To remind you on WhatsApp before your membership ends.
To show you your own attendance, workouts and progress.
To keep accounts secure: sign-in records let us spot and sign out unknown devices.
To reply to enquiries from people interested in joining.

We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

Website visit statistics

To know how many people visit and when, the website counts page views anonymously: the page, time, device type (phone or computer) and how you arrived (e.g. Google or Instagram). We don't use cookies for this and don't store your IP address; a one-way code that changes every day lets us count unique visitors without recognising anyone. These statistics are deleted after 90 days. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, nothing is counted.

Top performers wall

With your permission, the coach may feature a milestone you achieved on the website. Only your first name and last initial are shown (for example “Ravi T.”). Ask us and we'll remove it.

Who can see it, and where it's stored

Only the gym owner and staff they authorise can see member records. Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We rely on these services to run the app: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google (sign-in) and WhatsApp (when you or we send a message). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Membership, payment and invoice records are kept while you're a member and as long as accounting rules require afterwards. Sign-in and security records are kept for up to 12 months. Enquiries that don't lead to a membership are deleted within 12 months.

Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your data: WhatsApp +91 91338 17337 or email bxbgym@gmail.com. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also withdraw consent for processing. Some payment records may need to be kept for accounting even after you leave.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one that keeps you signed in, and short-lived ones that protect the Google sign-in step. No ad or tracking cookies.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
